​Milelli Real Estate Partners has full ownership of and has started re-branding the nine building park located at the intersection of I-287 and I-80 in Parsippany, New Jersey.  Milelli is repositioning the campus to create a NEW multi-generational, mixed-use development that will include the two existing Class A 3-story office buildings, new townhomes, multi-family residences, retail, state-of-the-art amenities and expansive open green spaces.
